Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These terms govern your use of ReplyBack. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

ReplyBack provides a missed-call recovery tool that texts your callers back, qualifies the enquiry using AI, and forwards the lead to you. We may improve, change, or add features over time.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be a business (or acting on behalf of one) and at least 18 years old.

Plans and billing

  • Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your responsibilities

  • You are the data controller for your leads and callers. You must handle their data lawfully and have any consents your use requires.
  • You must use the service only for responding to enquiries callers initiate — not for unsolicited marketing — and comply with UK PECR, GDPR, and all applicable laws.
  • You must not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to send unlawful, abusive, or spam content.

Availability

We work hard to keep ReplyBack running but provide the service "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Third-party networks (e.g. mobile carriers) are outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReplyBack is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or missed leads. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
